Payday Loan King

Payday Loan King

Have you ever had your identity stolen? And were you able to stop it from happening again?

I'm seriously feeling sick over this. My identity was stolen 2 years ago and I placed a fraud alert on my credit, proved my innocence on all fraudulent accounts, filed a complaint with the FTC and made a police report. Last year they managed to "piggyback" onto one of my current creditors (a utility company) and managed to hook up a second set of services at their home, in my name. I finally cleared that up. Now they are taking out payday loans in my name which don't require a credit check. How can I stop this from happening anymore? I cannot afford to buy my credit report every month, I am barely working :( And this fu*king idiot(s) are destroying my credit. I want to get a job at a bank, which requires decent credit. I might lose a job opportunity over this too :( I feel hopeless. What can I do? Have you ever been through this?

That really sucks. Unfortunately, this will last the rest of your life. You've got to put the alerts on your credit report. Get one of those services you pay monthly that watches them for you. You have to do this, otherwise they will keep abusing your personal info. That sucks. You're going to have to work at this but if you stay on top of them, they can't hurt you anymore.

Obtain Personal Loans With Poor Credit

Even with poor credit, you can get a loan. It all depends on your collateral and if lenders are confident that you will make them money by paying higher interest rates. The most critical things you must have when you are considering getting a personal loan are a steady full-time job, and an active checking account. Many lenders also ask that you be subscribed up for direct deposit too. If you have something to offer the lenders, then the poor credit personal loans will get approval.

If you carry no credit at all, some creditors are ready to work with you at modest rates for low loan amounts. But, this is only if you have a perfectly clean record.

Personal loans for individuals with bad credit that do not need a credit check tend to be shorter term loans and secured loans. The short term loans are frequently called payday loans. The reason for this name is that you are asked to pay up this loan back on your next agreed upon payday. That payday is usually only 2 weeks to a month out. Most payday loans will not allow you to pay up your loan after that time, without extreme penalty.

Secured loans are a bit different. Collateral loans do not require a credit check. The reason the creditor is offering the loan to you is because you are giving collateral. Your collateral can be anything valuable.  Many people put up their automobile titles as collateral. This is a popular secured loan to have called a car title loan. The pawn shop will always provide secured loans on items such as gold, sometimes silver, platinum, jewelry, high end electronics and cars.

Rates of interest can be quite high for people with payday loans and even with collateral loans. Please realize, nearly all of the time when it comes to a collateral loan, your creditor thinks he will have possession your property in the end. The lender does not think you will return, so the creditor will want to discourage you. Based on this, secured loans can be chancy for a person with bad credit. If you cannot repay them, you risk losing something of value or losing a good deal of money, and further ruining your credit rating.

The lending companies view bad credit loans a risk, these loans often come with high interest rates.  Interest rates may range from 26% to 40% and maybe even higher. Some loans also include additional fees that may increase your true costs. Most people do not know that some lenders have early pay off penalties. Meaning that paying off your loan early may increase the cost of your loan. All of this information should be clearly stated on your loan contract.

These are the important ways you can get a loan with a bad credit score, no credit score and without a credit check.  It is possible to obtain the money you need if you have a bad credit score or if you have no credit history. Many lenders want to give you a chance. The less risk you show to them with collateral, gainful employment, or decent credit scores, the likelier you will receive a personal loan.
