need help on how to solve my debt?

iam in about £4000 debt, £1000 overdraft, mobile phone pills, a loan of £2000 and payday loans!!! I really want to get back on my feet but i am only working part tme and earning £400 per month, i would love to work full time but due to personal circumstances I am unable to do so at this time. by xmas i should be back in full time employent. i have heard of comanies were you repay one amount each month to them and they take control of the companies yoour in debt with. is this right. what do you recommend i do, in serious need of help, i want to live my life and learn from my stupid mistakes, money isnt everything!!!
